SPOKANE, Wash. — Washington Gov. Jay Inslee announced an emergency proclamation to temporarily shut down bars and restaurants and further limit the size of gatherings during the coronavirus outbreak.
Restaurants will be allowed to have take-out and delivery services, but no in-person dining.
The ban applies to restaurants, bars, dance halls, clubs, theaters, health and fitness clubs, and other similar indoor social or recreational venues must cease operations until at least May 4. Other activities prohibited are salons, tattoo parlors and youth sports.
Grocery stores and pharmacies can operate as normal, while other retail outlets must limit the number of customers.

The Elk Public House, located at 1931 West Pacific Avenue, has said its doing take-out and delivery through apps such as Uber Eats, DoorDash and Postmates.
All Spokane Jimmy John's locations will be providing take-out and delivery services, and will also be keeping drive-thru's open at locations with such capabilities.
Dolly's Cafe on North Washington Street is also providing take-out service during the shutdown.
Kabob House's five locations, including Spokane, Yakima, Union Gap, Richland and Pasco, are staying open with take-out and delivery services during normal hours.
Pete's Pizza is remaining open with a full menu and with take-out delivery during their normal hours.
Mustard Seed is still doing take-out and delivery service during the shutdown, and is offering free delivery with some restrictions.
Noodle Express is still doing take-out during the shutdown, and is offering free food for kids, with restrictions.
Mod Pizza is doing take-out and delivery, and is also doing a new pickup system where people can pick up their order near the door instead of all the way inside the restaurant.
Mackenzie River Pizza
North and South Spokane locations are phone and in person orders. Menus are available online.
Wolffy's Hamburgers has said it is remaining open with its normal operating hours to offer take-out.
Dickey's Barbecue Pit
Dickey's Barbecue Pit is offering free delivery through April 30. The locations will be open with no-contact delivery and curbside pick-up.

Churri Fresh Mex
Churri Fresh Mex in Spokane Valley is still doing service through its drive-thru. The restaurant is at 2026 North Argonne Road.
Sub-Division sandwich shop is remaining open with deliver and take-out during the closure. Sub-Division is located at 1418 North Division Street.
Open 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily offering a special takeout menu.
Poole's Public House
Takeout orders are available from noon to 7 p.m. Special menu available online.

The Harvester in Spangle is offering take-out orders from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
Italian Kitchen is offering take-out and delivery options from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. everyday.
Jake's Old Fashioned Burgers
Jake's Old Fashioned Burgers in Medical Lake is offering delivery and take-out during normal business hours during the closure.
HuHot Mongolian Grill
HuHot Mongolian Grill is staying open with take-out during normal times. The restaurant is located at 11703 East Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley, and also have a Coeur d'Alene location open as normal with dine-in.

Mongolian BBQ Spokane
Mongolian BBQ Spokane's Airway Heights and Spokane Valley locations are remaining open and allowing people to make their own stir-fry to go from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.

The Sportsman Cafe at 6410 North Market Street in Spokane is doing take-out during the closure. The cafe is offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, and orders can be placed at 509-467-6388.
The Garden at 213 South University in Spokane Valley is currently offering take-out and is working to set up delivery service. The restaurant is open Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturdays 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. The number to order is 509-315-8612.
Heavenly Special Teas
Heavenly Special Teas is taking orders by phone, doordash, and postmates. Orders are also available for pickup. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The number to order is 509-487-2111.
Mamma Mia's is open 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. for delivery and take-and-bake. Located at 420 West Francis Avenue, orders can be placed at 509-467-7786.
O'Doherty's Irish Pub on at 11723 E. Sprague Ave. is offering take-out and is working to start delivery options. For the time being, the pub is open Wednesday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 7 or 8 p.m., depending on traffic.
Rancho Viejo at 3209 East 57th Avenue is doing take-out during the closure. It is open 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. weekends.
