Spokane County Interstate Fair offers first ever 10-day photo pass to the public for 2024 fair

The $50 pass allows fairgoers to get into the fair as many times as they'd like throughout the duration of the fair.

SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — A 10-day photo pass will be offered to fairgoers at the 2024 Spokane County Interstate Fair. This is the first time in history that 10-day passes will be available to the public.

This pass is a personalized photo ID that allows fairgoers to get into the 2024 Fair as many times as they’d like during the duration of the Fair.

In previous years, these 10-day photo passes were only offered to sponsors, vendors or staff members.

According to the Director of the Spokane Fair and Expo Center, Erin Gurtel, the pass costs $50, and “pays for itself after only 4 Fair visits!”

Fair tickets this year will cost $13/day for weekdays and $15/day on weekends. Gurtel said to go to the fair for all 10 days would cost $142.

“We chose $50 for the price in alignment with our theme,” said Mary Kae Repp, the lead marketing manager for the Fair. “This year, we are joining the community in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Expo 74 World’s Fair. Bo, our mascot, looks a lot like the famous Garbage Goat in Riverfront park, which is why we chose him.”

The fair will also be giving away a 10-Day parking pass to a random photo passholder. Of all people who purchase a 10-day photo pass, one winner will also receive a free 10-Day parking pass for the fair.
