Farmer was booked into the Spokane County Jail for attempting to elude police, second-degree vehicle assault, first, second and third-degree malicious mischief, possession of fentanyl, vehicle prowling, third-degree theft and an outstanding escape from community custody warrant from the Department of Corrections.
