PULLMAN, Wash. — The Washington State women's basketball team is heading to Indianapolis after pulling off a hard-fought win against Toledo 63-61 to advance to the WBIT semifinals.

The Cougs fought through three and a half tight quarters of basketball before Beyonce Bea tied the game at 61 apiece with a jumper. Soon after, Bella Murekatete's jump shot from the free throw line with three seconds to go supplied the dagger to the Rockets.

Murekatete put up a total of 11 points, nine rebounds, two assists and one steal during Thursday night's game. Eleonora Villa led the Cougs with 15 points and added four assists. Tara Wallack chipped in 14 points.

WSU will head to Indianapolis to take on Illinois, who are coming off a 69-61 over Tulsa. That game will take place at Hinkle Fieldhouse on Monday, April 1.
