SPOKANE, Wash. — A man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly burglarized the same Spokane Valley non-profit twice in one week.

Deputies with the Spokane Valley Police Department arrested 42-year-old Justin Ingebritson after they found him in the basement of Spokane Valley Partners on East Broadway Avenue. After reviewing information from a previous burglary that happened at the nonprofit on April 9, deputies confirmed Ingebritson was connected to that crime as well.

The burglary on April 9 saw the building's front glass door shattered, worth approximately $1,000.

Deputies developed probable cause to charge Ingebritson with two counts of second-degree burglary and second-degree malicious mischief. Following his first appearance hearing, his total bond was set at $250. Police said he's also being held on a Washington State Department of Corrections hold.
