SPOKANE, Wash. — Update: Spokane Police have identified the suspect in a robbery that took place at an East Spokane credit Union Wednesday.
Officers have developed probable cause to arrest 43-year-old Jesse L. Criswell for first-degree robbery. He is described as 5'7'' and weighs roughly 150-180 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Officers are still searching for Criswell at this time.
Original: Officers with the Spokane Police Department (SPD) are searching for the suspect who robbed a credit union on East 3rd Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
According to police, the suspect, described as a man between 30 and 40 years of age, entered the business and handed a note to the bank teller demanding money. The teller complied before the suspect left with the cash. Officers said the suspect did not display a weapon and no injuries were reported.
At this time, officers have not found the suspect, but describe him as 5'6'' with a thin build. He was observed over security footage wearing a baseball cap, medical mask, neutral colored jacket and khaki-colored pants.
