Warm Up Spokane fills Magic Bus with donations as winter approaches

Those who came by to donate had over 1,500 songs to choose from that they could enjoy and play along with.

SPOKANE, Wash. — A party that gives back is what this year's Warm Up Spokane drive was aiming for. Jerome Green runs "Magic Bus Spokane" and wanted to bring a different level of energy to donations.

“It's all interactive. So when people come here to drop their donations off, I want them to stick around and enjoy this beautiful day, " Green said.

Anyone stopping by Ron’s Drive-In was greeted by two old school buses and the sound of drums.

Green paired up with the Spokane Valley Partners and the Valley Grocery Outlet to collect as many donations as possible for the upcoming winter.

“It’s just a way that everybody can come together and just have some fun. As they’re dropping off their donations, stick around and have some fun," Green said.

This is their second annual event and once the bus is filled up, donations will be distributed to anyone in need.
