SPOKANE, Wash. — The annual Manito Holiday Lights show begins Saturday, December 9 and the Friends of Manito invite the public to come and enjoy the magic that Manito Park offers during the holiday season.
The half-mile show begins near the Park Bench Cafe and takes drivers and walkers across the historic arch bridge and past the Rose Garden while guests experience one of Spokane's most cherished holiday celebrations.
The drive-thru and walk-through option allows thousands of visitors to experience Spokane's South Hill winter wonderland. Vehicle limitations state that a vehicle cannot be taller than 12 feet. Those wanting to drive the route should drive along 25th then turn north along Tekoa or Manito Blvd. in order to funnel into the entry point by the Park Bench Cafe.
The drive-thru portion is Saturday, December 9 through Sunday, December 10 and the walk-through lasts Monday, December 11 - Tuesday, December 19. All light shows start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 9:30 p.m.
