Backstreet Boys will bring world tour to Spokane Arena in August

The Backstreet Boys are bringing their DNA World Tour to Spokane on Aug. 7. Tickets go on sale on Valentine's Day.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Backstreet’s back, alright!

The Spokane Arena announced on Monday morning that the Backstreet Boys are bringing their DNA World Tour to the Lilac City this summer.

The band, consisting of AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell, will headline the arena on Friday, Aug. 7. 

Tickets go on sale through TicketsWest at noon on Valentine’s Day. VIP meet and greet packages are available on the Backstreet Boys website.

The Backstreet Boys released their tenth studio album, “DNA,” on Jan. 25. It’s the pop group’s first full-length album since “In a World Like This,” released in 2013.

The arena has announced a handful of noteworthy acts for 2020, including Nickelback, Stone Temple Pilots and Switchfoot on Sept. 15.

Blake Shelton is also playing at the arena on Feb. 15, with guests Trace Adkins, The Bellamy Brothers, John Anderson and Lauren Alaina.

Cher, the Goddess of Pop, will bring her “Here We Go Again” tour to the arena on May 2, 2020. She last visited Spokane in 2005.
