Sandpoint replaces trash cans with 'smart bins'
For the next two weeks Sandpoint will be hosting its annual festivals. More than 4-thousand visitors are expected to stream into town. And with that comes a lot more trash. City officials got in front of the wave with new "smart" trash bins.
