An Alberton, Montana, man was life-flighted to the hospital after crashing his motorcycle on US-12 in Idaho.
Mark Armstrong, 55, reportedly lost control of his 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle along the highway near Powell Junction. Police said Armstrong did not make enough of a left turn on a curve in the road, causing him to drift onto the right shoulder and hit gravel.
Armstrong struck a concrete barrier and was ejected from the motorcycle, according to Idaho State Police. He was not wearing a helmet.
Police said Armstrong was transported to transported to the St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula.
The roadway was blocked for about 30 minutes while Life Flight landed.
