SPOKANE -- There is nothing better than a high school rivalry, especially when you're talking about the Battle of the Bone.
Central Valley and University met on the wrestling mat on Thursday night at University High School.
The Bears jumped out to a quick 12-0 lead after back-to-back pins by sophomores Tyler Thelen and Cody Spillane. University took charge after that. The Titans blastedCentral Valley, 52-19.
Universitytakes homethe Battle of the Bone for the second straight year. The victory also gives the Titans the outright Greater Spokane League title.
