SPOKANE, Wash. — CNN will host town halls with Democratic candidates, including Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, in the coming weeks as the race starts to take shape for the Democratic presidential nomination.
Inslee, who is running on a platform of climate change and clean energy, will take part in a town hall on April 10 at 7 p.m., hosted by CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer.
Senator Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) will have a town hall moderated by CNN anchor Erin Burnett on April 9 at 7 p.m.
Julian Castro, who formerly served as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, has a town hall hosted by CNN anchor Don Lemon on April 11 at 7 p.m.
After those, the news network will host back-to-back one-hour town halls on April 14. The first will take place with Marianne Williamson, a spiritual book author, starting at 4 p.m., moderated by CNN anchor Dana Bash.
The second town hall on April 14 will start at 5 p.m. with businessman Andrew Yang. CNN anchor and WSU alumnua Ana Cabrera will moderate.
CNN has already hosted town halls with many candidates, such as Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren and others.
