SPOKANE, Wash. — Due to unforeseen circumstances, KREM 2 is cancelling tonight’s mayoral debate. The decision to cancel was made after Mayor Woodward’s office announced she will be taking family leave to care for her terminally ill mother.
KREM 2 News at 6 will run tonight then The Tea Special with Amanda Roley will run at 7 p.m. instead of the debate. In this special Amanda Roley sits down with mayoral candidates Nadine Woodward and Lisa Brown. She also sits down with Spokane City Council president candidates Betsy Wilkerson and Kim Plese.
