This Jenny Packham dress was too gorgeous for Duchess Kate to just wear once

If anybody understands the concept of an "oldie but goodie," it’s Duchess Kate. The former Kate Middleton has been known to recycle gowns — and for good reason: Her ensembles hit so much that they virtually demand a two-peat.

If anybody understands the concept of an "oldie but goodie," it’s Duchess Kate. The former Kate Middleton has been known to recycle gowns — and for good reason: Her ensembles hit so much that they virtually demand a two-peat.

Her latest throwback? This pearlescent gown from Jenny Packham.

Duchess Kate first debuted the blush pink dress — which features sequin detailing and Swarovski crystal embellishment — in June 2011 during an ARK gala dinner at Kensington Palace, her first royal appearance following her nuptials. The modest style maven apparently fished the frock out of her closet on Wednesday, modeling it during a gala dinner at England's Houghton Hall. She was present at the dinner to support East Anglia's Children's Hospices as they raised money for a new hospice. Duchess Kate has been a patron of the healthcare nonprofit since 2012.
