Women's NCAA Sweet 16 heads to the Spokane Arena

The matchups are set. Notre Dame (1) will play Texas A&M (4) and University of Oregon (2) will play Central Michigan (11).

SPOKANE, Wash. – Four teams from across the nation are heading to the Spokane Arena this weekend for the NCAA Women’s Sweet 16.

The matchups are set. Number 1 seed Notre Dame will play No. 4 Texas A&M and No. 2 University of Oregon will play No. 11 Central Michigan.

The Spokane Arena tweeted out photos showing the preparation for this weekend’s games.

The University of Oregon’s head coach, Kelly Graves, is no stranger to Spokane. Graves was the head coach of the Gonzaga’s women’s basketball team for 14 years. While at Gonzaga, Graves led the Bulldogs to the Elite Eight in 2011 and made Sweet Sixteen appearances in 2010 and 2012.

Tickets for the 2018 Women's Sweet Sixteen games can be purchased through through Tickets West. Tickets range from $39-$54.
