COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -- Coeur d’Alene Police officials said the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information that could lead to the arrest of a wanted fugitive.
Officials said Joseph Anthony Spears, 28, is being sought based on a felony warrant in Kootenai county. The warrant charges him with felony probation violations.
Officials said he is on felony probation and parole for felony drug possession and felony DUI charges.
Officials said Spears is a white male, 5’9 inches tall, 170 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.
Officials said he was last living in Rathdrum, Idaho.
