Two people injured after shooting in Boundary County

There were no arrests made in connection to the reported shooting.

BOUNDARY COUNTY, Idaho — Two people were hurt during a shooting in Boundary County, Idaho on Sunday. 

According to Boundary County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), officers received a call about a fight at a home in the Porthill area of Boundary County. Several people, all armed, shot each other, leading to two injuries.

One person was admitted to the hospital with serious injuries. Emergency crews took both people to the hospital for treatment. 

There were no arrests made at this time, according to BSCO. 

The Bonners Ferry Police and United States Forest Service helped the BSCO deputies with the initial investigation. 

BCSO is currently investigating.
