OROFINO, Idaho – A 31-year-old woman was arrested in connection the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old Orofino woman.
On Tuesday, Jessica L. Colpitts was arrested by the Orofino Police Department and charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of Samantha S. Fignani.
Colpitts is currently being held at the Clearwater County Jail without bond. Authorities said a bond amount may be set on Wednesday.
Three search warrants have been served in the Orofino area since the shooting and the investigations remains open and active.
