According to the Grant County Sheriff's Office, twenty-four-year-old Jose Rico-Flores was shot and killed by Quincy police after he allegedly stabbed an officer in the arm and shoulder. The shooting occurred Monday night after an officer was called to the food mart on F Street Southeast around 8:30 p.m. for a disturbance in the store.
