SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane restaurant has been ranked among USA Today's 10 Best Restaurants.
Located in Spokane's Logan neighborhood, Indigenous Eats specializes in Native American comfort food and serves up traditional homemade frybread. The restaurant was ranked fourth out of the 10 restaurants selected.
Owner Jenny Slagle is a member of the Yakama Nation and a descendant of the Northern Arapaho tribe. She uses recipes passed down from her mother to inspire the restaurant's menu.
KREM 2 spoke with Slagle back when the restaurant opened up in 2022. Last year, a second location was opened in Spokane's River Park Square.
