Inland NW rain would have likely totaled 10 inches of snow

Thanks to above-average temperatures we haven't seen any snow over the last few days in the lower elevations.The general rule of thumb to convert the numbers is: one inch of rain is equivalent to ten inches of snow. Combining the inch of rain over the last 72 hours with the snow accumulations at higher elevations.
