SPOKANE, Wash.—Rain starts off Thursday morning as a band of wet weather moves over the Spokane area and into the Idaho Panhandle.
The rain could turn to snow for parts of northeast Washington and into North Idaho.
The wet weather will let up for a few hours in the region before another system moves in Thursday afternoon.
Temperatures will be above freezing Thursday and to end the work week.
The rain moves out of the region for the weekend. Highs will be in the mid 40s and into the 50s.
