Ingredients
- Top round steak
- 4 C mixed greens
- ½ C honey toasted almonds
- ½ C crumbled feta
- 10 strawberries, trimmed and thinly sliced
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium high
- Season steaks with seasoning salt while grill heats
- Place steaks over direct heat
- Cook each side for 4-7 minutes depending on desired doneness
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes at room temperature
- Slice in strips
- Toss salad with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
