Beef and Chicken Kabob's served on a bed of rice
- Round steak
- Chicken breasts
- Red Pepper
- Yellow Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Walla Walla sweet onion
Cube up meat, season with a little of your favorite seasoning salt and place in zip-lock bag to to marinate for 30 minutes or longer. Chop up veggies, place in zip lack bag and use your favorite Italian dressing to marinate the veggies 30 minutes or longer.
Once marinated slide onto kabobs. I prefer to put meat on separate kabobs. I find the meat and veggies cook at a different pace. Grill your meat until it is cooked through. Grill veggies until tender. Slide off kabobs, toss altogether and serve on a bed of rice.
