SPOKANE, Wash. — The week starts out absolutely gorgeous, but enjoy it while you can-- cooler, wetter weather looms. The storm responsible for the shift in the weather pattern still sits thousands of miles offshore, so thankfully we don't have to worry about the rain just yet.
Mostly sunny and warm. Tuesday and Wednesday will see high temperatures climb to near 70 degrees under mostly sunny skies. Each morning will be a little cooler with lows near freezing each morning. While the shift in the weather pattern later this week drops our high temperatures, overnight lows will climb into the 40s with clouds and moisture back in the atmosphere.
Clouds build Thursday ahead of our chance of rain Thursday night and Friday. More significantly, the inclement weather stays in the forecast through the weekend. A perfect excuse to avoid that pesky yard work.
