Snow spotted in several areas around the Inland Northwest

As of 11 a.m., people in Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Rathdrum, Hayden, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and Pinehurst reported seeing snow in their areas.

Viewers all over the Inland Northwest reported seeing snow fall, even sticking in some places Saturday morning.

Photos sent by Mark Plowman show snow beginning to stick to the ground in Post Falls as it continued to fall in heavy flakes around 9:45 a.m. Saturday.

As of 11 a.m. Saturday, people in Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Rathdrum, Hayden, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and Pinehurst reported seeing snow in their areas.

Another viewer in Newport reached out to KREM 2 saying they’ve seen snow there since 7 a.m. Saturday.

Over 100 Avista customers lost power in Liberty Lake Saturday morning. Avista is investigating the cause of the outages, and they expect the power to come back on by 1:15 p.m.
