SPOKANE, Wash. — A very weak cold front is attempting to push into the Inland Northwest today. Overall, very little impact expected aside from high level cloud cover and a slight increase in wind speeds to 15-20 mph. Other than that, another mostly sunny / filtered sunshine day with high temperatures in the mid 60s.
We'll start to see our weather pattern shift into the PM hours Thursday. Not just thicker cloud cover but a few spotted afternoon rain showers and a likely batch of widespread rain by Thursday evening. This will mark the beginning of a cooler and rainy stretch of weather. Friday will be the coolest day with highs in the mid 50s and scattered showers throughout the day.
The weekend ahead will have some rain chances, but not a washout either day. But chances for rain will be Saturday morning and then Sunday afternoon. High temperatures right around 60 degrees both days.
