SPOKANE, Wash. — Temperatures are sky-rocketing this Monday. Everyone (except Pullman) hit at least 50 degrees this afternoon and the warmth doesn't stop there.
Near 60-degree weather is forecasted Tuesday and the warmest day of the week is Wednesday, the first day of Spring where mid-60s are possible in a few spots.
This week will also be dry and sunny with no weather disturbances to speak of until late Friday and the weekend where there is a chance for rain and showers.
We will monitor the potential for any flooding this week, but an increase is river levels and currents are to be expected with the melting snow. The flood outlook for the Spring is average and areas that normally experience minor flooding will likely do so again this year.
