SPOKANE, Wash. — Parts of Interstate 90 and Snoqualmie Pass will reopen at 8 p.m. on Monday after closing due to avalanche danger and heavy snow, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).

WSDOT announced the closure on Sunday night, stating the pass would be closed in both directions from North Bend to Ellensburg due to hazardous driving conditions.

US 12 and White Pass are also closed due to snow slides.

WSDOT said crews will provide an update on road conditions throughout the morning and at 5 p.m. on Monday regarding the closure from North Bend to Ellensburg.
