CHENEY, Wash. — A crash is blocking one lane of I-90 eastbound in Cheney, according to a KREM photographer at the scene.
The highway is down to one lane between exits 257 and 264. Traffic is backed up for a mile according to a Washington State Patrol Trooper on scene.
Two people sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash.
A trooper said a car had slowed down on I-90 because of engine troubles when it was rear ended by a car going the speed limit. The car rolled over onto the right side of the highway.
The Spokane Fire Department is on scene directing traffic.
