The game begins at 9 a.m. at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Fans can catch the game on ESPN2 or via ESPN3.

The Eags advanced to the FCS championship after beating Maine 50-19 in early December. Maine took down Weber State – the only team that beat Eastern on the FCS level – before playing the Eagles.

The North Dakota State Bison have won 7 out of the last 8 FCS championship games and 120 out of 133 games since 2010. The only team besides NDSU to win the title in last eight years is EWU in 2012 when they beat Delaware in Frisco.

"We want it bad," said defensive back Josh Lewis after the Eags’ win over Maine. "I think anyone at this point wants it bad, but I mean being a part of a team that was so close and just came up a little bit short, it stings a little bit and I think it's going to push us even more to just get over the hump because we weren't able to last time."

The Eagles are 90-29 since 2010, a percentage that trails only the Bison and Ivy League member Harvard, which does not participate in the playoffs.

The Bison boast a 14-0 record this season and are the 13.5-point favorite in Saturday’s game. The team also held the No. 1 overall seed in the playoffs and was unanimously ranked the top team throughout the season in the STATS Top 25 poll.

Eastern entered the playoffs as the No. 3 overall seed and finished the regular season ranked third by STATS.

The individual accolades rolled in for team members this season, too. Kicker Roldan Alcobendas was named an FCS First Team All-American while offensive lineman Spencer Blackburn and defensive lineman Jay-Tee Tiuli were named to the second team.

Alcobendas was also named the Fred Mitchell Outstanding Place Kicker of Year.
