SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga climbed one spot to No. 3 on the latest Associated Press college basketball poll released Monday.

Gonzaga was ranked No. 1 in the week 5 poll and No. 4 in the week 6 poll. After losing to the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, the Zags dropped to No. 8.

The Zags most recently took down rival team St. Mary's 94 to 46. 

The Tennessee Volunteers and Duke lead the poll, followed by Virginia and Kentucky rounding out the top 5. 

Gonzaga takes on Loyola Marymount University at 8 p.m. on Valentine's Day. You can watch the game on ESPN2.
