JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — It's almost certain that the Mississippi Mustache era has begun for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The team traded quarterback Nick Foles on Wednesday to the Chicago Bears, which leaves former Washington State quarterback Gardner Minshew as the guy to start for the Jags.

Foles entered last season as the starter, joining the team after playing for the Philadelphia Eagles. However, he was injured in week one with a broken collarbone and would sit out for several weeks.

Minshew took over the starting reigns, taking the NFL by storm with his style and comeback wins. He'd struggle midseason and was benched when Foles was healthy. However, it was only a matter of weeks before the team decided to let Minshew start the rest of the season.
