SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Police are looking for the owners of some stolen bicycles, bicycle parts and other stolen items that were recovered during an investigation on Wednesday.
On Monday, Spokane Police stopped Robert W. Thompson, 29 and Rolland Ciais, 30 in the area of Belt and Francis around 4:00 p.m. Ciais had a felony Department of Corrections warrant and was taken into custody, according to Spokane Police. Officials said the car they were in was loaded with bicycles in various states of disrepair. The Spokane Police Patrol Anti-Crime Team then went to Thompson’s home on North Farmdale and found more bicycles, parts and other items.

Officers went back to the home on Wednesday to continue their investigation. They said they found more stolen property and added new charges onto the one Thompson had already been booked for.
Thompson has been charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Possession of Stolen Property, 1st Degree Trafficking in Stolen Property and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
