SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane is seeing its largest snowfall to date for the 2018-2019 winter season.
While the city is used to seeing significant levels of snow, the western side of Washington is also seeing a lot of snow…and is not handling it quite as well.
The bread and milk sections at Seattle grocery stores are empty.
On Snapchat stories from the area, people showed congested lanes of traffic and long lines of people at grocery stores.
Meanwhile, in Spokane, one woman shoveled snow off of her sidewalk dressed in a T-Rex costume. A group of girls wore short dresses and heels as they walked through the snow to go to a bar. And three women stood outside talking while the snow continued falling from the sky.
