PEND OREILLE, Idaho – The Pend Oreille River is closed throughout the entire county due to ongoing flooding issues.
The Pend Oreille County Sheriff wants people to know the river is extremely dangerous due to the high flow of water, cold temperatures and debris.
Officials said boating, swimming or any other activity is not allowed on the river until further notice.
