ATHOL, Idaho-- Idaho State Police were at the scene of a fatal crash on US95 near Silverwood Theme Park Saturday morning.
Kootenai County officials said they attempted to stop 49-year-old Howard R Brammer when he took the northbound US95 446 off-ramp and failed to slowdown for the curve.
Brammer was ejected in the crash. He was transported to Kootenai Health were he was pronounced dead at the scene. Brammer was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
Idaho State deputies are asking drivers to drive with caution.
