RITZVILLE, Wash. -- A 57-year-old Libby, Montana man was killed in a crash early Saturday morning after officials said equipment failed on his truck.
Washington State Patrol said Michael Potter, 57, was driving westbound on I-90 about five miles east of Ritzville when equipment failed on his right rear tire.
Authorities said the truck left the road to the median, rolled then came to a rest in the westbound lanes. The crash blocked the road for five and a half hours.
Officials said Potter was pronounced dead at the scene.
