KREM spoke with experts about mental health during the coronavirus outbreak.

SPOKANE, Wash. — As Washington Governor Jay Inslee issued a stay-at-home order in response to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, many people have asked questions and raised concerns about mental health during the order.

On Tuesday, KREM took those questions and concerns to mental health experts for answers and insight on how to remain mentally healthy as we spend more and more time in our homes, away from friends and family.

KREM will continue to ask questions and raise concerns with experts about issues that have arose due to the coronavirus outbreak and the necessary steps being taken to stop its spread.
