SPOKANE, Wash. – A fatal crash at Division and 3rd in downtown Spokane closed the interstate off ramps for both directions on Monday morning.

WSP did not give an estimated time of reopening. Officials said the accident was an auto pedestrian crash.
Spokane Police officers said at the scene they were looking for a white Subaru, which was also hit at 3rd and Division because they want to interview them.
