The Consumer Electronics Show kicks off Tuesday in Las Vegas.
It is one of the biggest tech conventions in the world. And in the midst of the chaos, you might spot a familiar face.
A company right here in the inland northwest is turning heads with its 'bread bot' prototype. It was created by Randall Wilkinson of Wilkinson Baking company in Walla Walla.
The bread bot is designed to make bread in grocery stores from start to finish. That way, people can bring home home fresh-baked bread straight out of the oven.
Bread bot can make ten loaves per hour and has a self-cleaning feature.
"To be able to consistently get fresh bread from it has taken us years to figure out how to do. And it's unique - no one else in the world has this," Wilkinson said.
