Permits filed for $3.6 million project in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Building permits have been filed in Spokane Valley for a construction project known only as "Project Fireball - GEG 2."

A building and a grading permit application have been submitted for a plot of land at 17205 East Garland Avenue in Spokane Valley, according to documents.

The parcel of land is listed as being owned by Centennial Properties Inc., located in downtown Spokane. The project is listed as costing $3.6 million, with work being described as "foundation only" on the permit.

The applicant listed on the building permit is MJ Boler of Mackenzie Engineering, with the applicant being listed as Mary Alison Hoagland at the same company.

The square footage on the project is listed as over 1.3 million, with only one story.
