It may seem like a daunting task, but follow these steps and carving your turkey will be easy as pie!

You'll need:

  • Roasted turkey that has been resting for up to a half hour
  • Sharp knife
  • Platter

Follow these steps:

  1. Cut off both wings
  2. Cut off the legs/thighs
  3. Slice down both side of the breast bone
  4. Cut underneath one side of the breast
  5. Remove ½ of the chicken breast in one whole piece
  6. Repeat for second side
  7. Cut chicken breast into thick slices so each piece gets some of the crispy skin
