Chef Joshua DuQuist from Tagaris Winery joined KREM 2 to cook up delicious pasta!

Spanish Pasta

  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Chorizo 2oz
  • Chopped Garlic 1tbsp
  • Chopped Shallots 2tbsp
  • Manilla Clams 5oz
  • Shrimp 4oz
  • White wine 2oz
  • Chicken stock ½cup
  • Smoked paprika 1tsp
  • Sweet roasted tomatoes ¼cup
  • Roasted peppers ¼cup
  • Sliced Green onions ¼cup
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice salt and pepper TT
  • Precooked Noodles of your choice enough for 2 people

Heat up the oil and cook the chorizo. Add the garlic and shallots and sweat until translucent. Add the clams and shrimp then immediately deglaze with white wine, then reduce until almost gone. Add the chicken stock and cook until clams and shrimp are done. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes. Then add the noodles, garnish with some more green onions, and serve with your favorite crusty bread to soak up the delicious flavor.
