Flame and Cork was established in 2016. The owners have lived in the area for most of their lives. They wanted to open a restaurant in the Hayden area that has high quality, delicious food paired with a great wine and beer selection in a comfortable atmosphere. At Flame and Cork they only use the highest quality ingredients. All of their sauces, dressings, and dough are made in house daily. They also offer house made gluten free dough. Their sausage, meatballs and soup are also made from scratch.
