The Edgewater was opened in March of 2021 by Diamond Lake local Kenny Andrews and his wife Judy. Kenny has a culinary background and worked in New Orleans for many years perfecting his craft. The menu reflects that with a signature gumbo, seafood platter and many other dishes infused with a little New Orleans style flavor.
