circumhorizontal arc just west of Pomeroy, WA

On July 1st, while traveling west on Hwy 12 leaving Pomeroy, WA, something caught my eye. I couldn't imagine a rainbow when it wasn't raining, but that is what it looked like. I continued on my journey and just south of Starbuck, WA I noticed it again so I snapped another picture. After searching the web I found this to be called a circumhorizontal arc and it is definitely a beautiful sight!
