March 3 2010 East Central, E 4th Ave between Magnolia and Napa: Woman leaves house with baby, as SWAT officers prepare to take her into custody. The purpose of this 'bust' was not disclosed by police on scene. This pic was taken approx 3 PM. SWAT unit was obviously waiting for another resident of the house to make an appearance.
