Thought when you do your wrap up of Halloween pics, this might be a cute one to add. And since there aren't a lot of pictures of kids in wheelchairs I'm hoping you will include this one too! He was the talk of his school today and got to tour every classroom. He is a 2nd grader at Lake Spokane Elementary in the Nine Mile District!! His name is Zachary and he is also pictured with his little brother Caleb.
